Thank you for choosing THE BRIDGE Academy for your learning needs. We strive to provide exceptional educational services and support to all our students. Before enrolling in our courses, please carefully review our refund policy outlined below.

1. Trial Classes:
We understand the importance of trying out our courses before making a commitment. Therefore, we offer trial classes for all our courses, allowing prospective students to experience a sample of our curriculum. The trial classes are free of charge, and no payment is required to participate.

2. Enrollment and Payment:
Upon deciding to enroll in a course, students are required to make a full payment to secure their spot in the class. This payment is non-refundable and acts as a confirmation of your commitment to the course.

3. No Refund After Enrollment:
Once enrolled in a course, there will be no refunds for any portion of the course fee. This policy is in place to ensure that we can maintain the quality of our courses and adequately plan and allocate resources for the enrolled students.

4. Course Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that THE BRIDGE Academy cancels a course before it commences, students will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee paid. Alternatively, students may opt to transfer their enrollment to another available course.

5. Exceptional Circumstances:
In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, we may consider refund requests. These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision rests with THE BRIDGE Academy.

6. Transfer of Enrollment:
If, after enrolling in a course, a student is unable to attend the scheduled classes due to unavoidable circumstances, they may request to transfer their enrollment to a future batch of the same course, subject to availability and within a reasonable time frame. Transfer requests will be considered at the discretion of Academy.

7. How to Request a Refund or Transfer:
To request a refund or transfer, students must submit a written request to our admission team at Email. Please include your full name, course details, reason for the refund/transfer, and any supporting documentation if applicable.

8. Processing Time:
Refund and transfer requests will be processed within [10 business days] of receiving the complete request. The refund, if approved, will be made using the original payment method or any alternative payment mode possible that time.
